Shipping Policy
Glow Sculpt partners with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, working alongside local couriers. This allows us to ship directly to your door while offering flat-rate worldwide shipping.
All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.
Shipping Process
Orders typically require 2–5 business days to be processed and dispatched to our carrier’s sorting facility.
Some items may take longer, especially during peak periods or holidays (up to 10 business days), or if your order includes high-demand items with limited stock availability.
Once your order has entered processing, we are unable to make any changes (including shipping address modifications). Orders will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
We ship on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates depending on our manufacturing partners’ locations.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that for some carriers, tracking updates may take a few days to appear. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and you still cannot see tracking information, please contact us at info@glowsculpt.com.
Deliveries
Shipping times vary depending on your location. While delivery dates are not guaranteed, here are our estimated timelines:
- Europe: 7–14 business days

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Glow Sculpt cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
Duties, Taxes & Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Glow Sculpt has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer will be responsible for any incurred import taxes and return shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Glow Sculpt is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
We rely on tracking timestamps and delivery confirmations when reviewing claims, and we may not be able to process requests that are not reported promptly.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout.
As orders are processed immediately, we are unable to modify or retrieve orders once they have been placed or dispatched. Glow Sculpt is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
